1. Promotion Summary

Richmond Race Club conducts an Accumulative Members Draw every Friday Race Night. The prize pool starts with $50.00 contributed weekly by the Club and continues to accumulate each week the prize remains unclaimed. After 12 consecutive weeks unclaimed, the prize will double jackpot. Double Jackpot Draw means $1200.00 must be won and will be continuously drawn until it is claimed.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all current financial members of Richmond Race Club. There is no fee to enter. Entry is automatic for eligible members.

3. How To Win

One Member is randomly drawn from the membership list after Race 4 on Friday Night Race Meetings.

The draw will be announced over the venue PA system.

The drawn member must be oncourse at the time of the draw and must report to the bar within 15 minutes of the announcement to claim the prize.

4. Unclaimed Prizes

If the drawn member fails to claim the prize within the 15 minute period, the prize is deemed unclaimed and the amount will roll over to the following week, increasing by $50.00

5. Identification

Members may be asked to present valid membership identification when claiming the prize.

6. General

The Club’s decisions are final.

The Club reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the draw without notice.

Participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Promotional Period

This draw is ongoing and occurs each Friday Night Race Meeting until further notice.
